We do use Hootsuite (third-party supplier) on occasions to deliver communications to various platforms where our Communities are.

Any private or direct messages sent to us via Social Media will be stored in Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

  • contact you about a change in our services or products
  • seek your views on our services
  • send you communications that you have requested about the company, products or services
  • provide information to third parties in relation to required product warranties
