key responsibilities
Warehouse & Stock Management
Receive and book-in incoming deliveries
Pick, pack, and palletise orders with care and precision
Organise and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space
Create delivery notes, shipping labels, and manage return
Ensure safe handling and storage of high-value items
Assist in maintaining an inspiring and immaculate showroom environment
Keeping company vehicles clean, tidy and maintained
Delivery & Logistics
Ensure all deliveries are well-organised, on time, and handled with care, maintaining the high standards of our brand
Arrange delivery of goods, either by delivering them yourself using the company vans or, for larger items, by coordinating courier services or trusted third-party delivery professionals.
Ensure all deliveries are correctly signed for and documented, whether carried out in-house or by third parties
Load and unload goods safely, including high-value kitchen and bathroom products
Maintain a clean, professional presentation of company vehicles
Carry out basic vehicle checks and ensure regular maintenance
Project Fulfilment & Supplier Coordination
Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring alignment with project timelines
Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times, pricing, and delivery arrangements
Coordinate the logistics of product deliveries to align with installation schedules
Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Proactively manage any issues or last-minute changes from clients or suppliers with a calm, practical approach
Keep internal systems and colleagues updated with delivery statuses and key dates

requirements
Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role
Confident driving large vans (no HGV required)
Full clean UK driving licence (held for 3+ years)
Forklift experience preferred but training will be provided if not
