Created by Ilse Crawford, Ängsmark is a light and hand-woven rug in pure wool that mixes lines of chenille to create its beautiful geometric pattern. Using over-dyed mélange yarns, developed explicitly for the Grönska collection, the rug aims to reflect the varying colours of Swedish nature. To further enhance this effect, white hair yarn is interwoven with the mélange yarn, appearing irregularly across the rug’s surface

As a founder of Studioilse, Ilse Crawford brings her philosophy to life. As a designer, she creates environments where people feel comfortable, public spaces that make them feel at home, and homes that make sense for those who live in them. Together with Kasthall’s design team, she designed the woven rugs Fåra, Glänta, and Ängsmark, as well as the tufted-rugs Täppa and Åker.

Each rug is woven in 100% wool. Made in Sweden.
